Job description

Key Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day fleet operations to ensure smooth middle-mile execution. - Coordinate with fleet vendors and drivers for seamless operations. - Monitor vendor performance and ensure agreed service levels are achieved. - Ensure timely vehicle reporting and dispatch execution. - Track fleet performance and support operational efficiency. - Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. - Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries. What We're Looking For - 4+ years of experience in Fleet Operations, Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain. - Experience in fleet/vendor management or middle-mile operations. - Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. - Good organizational and problem-solving abilities. - Experience with fleet tracking or GPS systems is an added advantage. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced operations environment.
