**Job Description: Role Overview:** We are looking for a **detail-oriented and motivated fresher** with up to **6 months of internship experience** to join our Business Analyst team. The candidate will support requirement gathering, workflow design, and data analysis activities within the EXLMINE™ platform. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in healthcare analytics, business analysis, and system workflows. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from internal stakeholders. - Support the configuration and implementation of workflows within the EXLMINE™ application. - Prepare basic documentation such as business requirement documents (BRDs), process flows, and meeting notes. - Work with teams to understand business needs and support solution design under guidance. - Assist in testing, issue tracking, and basic root cause analysis. - Support data validation and reporting activities. - Learn and assist in mapping data fields for reporting systems. Gain understanding of existing processes and support documentation of workflows. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - 0–6 months of internship experience in Business Analysis / Data Analysis / Healthcare domain (preferred). - Basic understanding of business analysis concepts and processes. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good communication and documentation skills. - Basic knowledge of MS Excel (data handling, reports). - Willingness to learn SQL and data analysis techniques. - Ability to work independently with guidance and take initiative. **Responsibilities: Nice to Have:** - Exposure to healthcare domain concepts (EHR/EMR, claims processing – basic level). - Basic knowledge of SQL or database concepts. - Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Familiarity with reporting or visualization tools (basic level). **Soft Skills:** - Strong attention to detail. - Willingness to learn and adapt quickly. - Good teamwork and collaboration skills. - Ability to manage tasks effectively with guidance. **Qualifications: Education Requirements:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. - Relevant certifications (Business Analysis / Data Analytics) are a plus.
