* Job SummaryJioStar is seeking a dynamic, growth-oriented professional for Agency Partnerships across North India to manage strategic relationships within the WPP agency ecosystem. This role requires a strong understanding of the digital advertising landscape, OTT and CTV ecosystems, content monetization, agency trading models, and evolving market dynamics. The incumbent will be responsible for driving agency-led revenue growth through strategic partnerships, annual trading agreements, innovative content solutions, and market expansion initiatives while positioning JioStar as the preferred growth partner for agencies and advertisers. * Key Responsibilities Agency Relationship Management • Own and manage relationships with key agency partners across North India within the WPP agency set. • Build and nurture strong relationships with agency leadership, planning teams, investment teams, and trading stakeholders. • Drive long-term strategic partnerships through consultative engagement and solution-led selling. • Act as a trusted advisor to agencies by providing market insights, audience intelligence, and platform capabilities. Revenue Ownership & Business Growth • Own and deliver revenue targets across assigned agency portfolios. • Lead annual trading negotiations, incentive agreements, volume deals (VDs), and commercial partnerships. • Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across OTT, CTV, Impact Properties, Sponsorships, and Performance Marketing solutions. • Unlock new business opportunities from advertisers and brands through agency networks. • Develop and execute growth plans to maximize revenue and market share. Content Monetization & Strategic Initiatives • Drive monetization of premium content through sponsorships, branded integrations, and custom advertising solutions. • Create innovative commercial packages around marquee properties, festive opportunities, and new platform initiatives. • Partner with internal teams to develop and pitch advanced advertising solutions, audience-led offerings, and engagement-focused formats. • Contribute to strategic go-to-market initiatives that enhance advertiser value and drive business growth. Agency Enablement & Thought Leadership • Conduct workshops, roadshows, and training sessions for agency partners on content offerings, audience targeting, measurement capabilities, and emerging advertising solutions. • Position JioStar as a strategic growth partner through consultative planning support and market-leading insights. • Drive adoption of new advertising products, measurement frameworks, and innovative media solutions. Market Intelligence & Strategic Insights • Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, agency structures, and advertiser behavior to identify growth opportunities. • Provide actionable market intelligence and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders. • Support the development of monetization strategies and GTM plans through data-driven insights. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Collaborate closely with Sales, Strategy, Brand Solutions, Product, Measurement, and Ad Operations teams. • Ensure seamless execution of campaigns, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships. • Align internal stakeholders on pricing, inventory availability, execution timelines, and campaign delivery. * Skills & Attributes for success Strong understanding of: • Digital branding and performance marketing ecosystems • OTT and CTV advertising solutions • Media planning and buying processes • Audience targeting, measurement, and attribution solutions • Managing and growing strategic agency relationships. • Negotiating annual trading agreements, volume deals, and incentive structures. • Driving revenue growth and acquiring new advertisers through agency ecosystems. • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Strong commercial acumen with a solution-oriented mindset. • Ability to influence senior decision-makers and build long-term partnerships. • Strategic thinker with a growth-focused approach and strong execution capabilities. • Content-led monetization, sponsorship sales, and custom brand solutions. * Preferred Education & Experience • 2-5 years of experience in Digital Media, OTT, AdTech, Media Sales, or Agency Partnership roles. • Experience with leading digital publishers, OTT platforms, media networks, or AdTech organizations. • Exposure to advanced measurement, attribution, and analytics frameworks. • Strong network and relationships within the agency ecosystem across North India. • Demonstrated ability to drive strategic partnerships and business growth in a fast-paced media environment. * About Us ​​Perched firmly at the nucleus of spellbinding content and innovative technology, Jiostar is a leading global media & entertainment company that is reimagining the way audiences consume entertainment and sports.
