Strong analytical abilities, numerical accuracy, and an understanding of financial reporting frameworks are critical to success in this role. **Organizational Relationships** **Reports To** SM - Ind AS Project **Supervises** N/A **Job Dimensions** **Geographic Area Covered** N/A **Stakeholders Internal** IFRS 17 Team **Stakeholders External** Ind AS Project, Finance **Key Result Areas** **Ensure Timely, Logical Development with Accuracy** **Support development, validation, and maintenance of actuarial valuation models in line with accounting standards (e. g. , IFRS 17), ensuring consistency between actuarial outputs and financial statements.** **Collaborate closely with actuarial, finance, and reporting teams to translate valuation results (e. g. , BEL, CSM, risk adjustment) into accurate financial reporting, disclosures, and management insights.** **Perform financial reconciliations between actuarial systems and general ledger, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and transparency of reported results.** **Assist in preparation and review of financial statements, actuarial reports, and regulatory submissions, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and governance frameworks.** **Conduct data validation, controls testing, and audit support activities to ensure integrity, traceability, and audit readiness of both actuarial and financial data.** **Analyze financial and actuarial data to identify trends, variances, and key business drivers, supporting forecasting, budgeting, and decision-making processes.** **Drive automation and efficiency improvements across actuarial and finance processes** **Support documentation of methodologies, assumptions, and processes to ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory standards, and audit requirements.** **Skills Required** **Technical** Qualified Chartered Accountant, pursuing actuary. Candidate should be appearing for actuarial exams. Hands-on experience in accounting entries & impact. Good problem-solving skill.
