We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to join our team in the Microfinance Business at Bajaj Finance Limited. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in microfinance or related fields. Roles and Responsibility - Manage and oversee daily operations of the microfinance business. - Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and expand customer base. - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams. - Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Job Requirements - Strong understanding of microfinance products and services. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience working with GL accounting software is an added advantage. - Any graduate degree from a recognized university.
