Ltd.Warehouse, Kolkata, West Bengal, India (215326) **Education:** Bachelor's Degree (Non-Engineering) **Experience:** 35 Years **RoleSummary** The SeniorExecutive Operations will be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy,process compliance, and efficient warehouse inventory management. The rolefocuses on inventory control, audits, location management, and drivingoperational excellence through disciplined execution. **KeyResponsibilities** - Ensure inventory accuracy through regular monitoring, reconciliation, and variance resolution. - Execute cycle counts, physical audits, and inventory verification activities. - Manage putaway, location accuracy, and warehouse slotting. - Handle damaged, expired, lost, and non-sellable inventory as per SOPs. - Analyze pick paths and recommend slotting improvements to improve productivity. - Monitor and control high-value/sensitive inventory with strict process adherence. - Ensure timely and accurate inventory transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS). - Drive SOP compliance, inventory governance, and continuous process improvements. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory-related issues. - Prepare inventory MIS and support operational performance reviews. **PreferredQualifications** - Bachelor's Degree (Non-Engineering) - 35 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, retail, FMCG, or e-commerce operations. - Working knowledge of WMS and Microsoft Excel. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. **Key Skills** - Inventory Accuracy & Control - Cycle Count & Audit - Putaway & Location Management - Inventory Reconciliation - Pick Path Analysis - High-Value Inventory Management - WMS & Process Compliance - Data Analysis - Ownership & Execution - Continuous Improvement Disclaimer: This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
