We are looking for a capable professional to join our **PED (Process Engineering & Development)** team at INCY as a **Senior Executive** . This role reports to the **HOD - PED** and plays a key role in driving process engineering activities, ensuring adherence to global standards, and supporting cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities **Deliverables** - 100% adherence of Project Plan vs Actual - 100% adherence to Autoliv Manufacturing Process Specification - Process Validation, Equipment Qualification – As per Global Standards - Process Documents – As per Autoliv Standards - Ensure 100% safety of operator, equipment, and organization **Core Responsibilities And Activities** - Development of new process, tooling, and equipment required for manufacturing new products with robust process controls in line with program timelines - Responsible for conducting manufacturing feasibility assessment and providing capital requirement on new RFQs by coordinating with cross functional team and global team through MSO review - Develop and modify line layouts, including material flow, waste reduction, and ergonomics, utilizing Lean Manufacturing best practices - Analyze and optimize production processes to ensure safety while maximizing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) in cost effective means while driving world-class quality levels - Champion continuous improvement projects to maximize yield, capacity, and capability - Monitor and audit manufacturing processes to ensure product specifications and standards are achieved and participate in development and maintenance of FMEAs and other process documents **Other Responsibilities** - Diagnose issues found during the manufacturing process and drive corrective actions to root cause identification and elimination - Utilize structured problem-solving techniques such as DMAIC, Ishikawa, Five Why (5W) and Eight Disciplines (8D) - Develop and train technicians and assist in operator training as needed - Manage activities for process technicians to support daily production line coverage, including rework procedures - Devise ways to improve competency of team members through training and job allocation - Identify local vendors and evaluate their capabilities for cost-effective project localization Role Requirements **Functional Competencies** - PFMEA, PFD, CP, SWI, IATF audit requirement - Knowledge on jigs and fixture design with GD&T - Experience in AutoCAD and any 3D design software with design proficiency - Knowledge of PLC programming, Vision systems, Robotics, Hydraulic and Pneumatic troubleshooting (added advantage) - Project management & MES - Proactive planning and execution - 8D, 5Y **Behavioral Competencies** - Drive Customer Focus - Display Global Perspective - Cultivate Innovation - Make Sound Decisions - Manage Execution - Ensure Accountability - Drive Collaboration - Engage & Inspire Others - Develop People - Build Trust Education - BE / B.Tech – Mechanical, Mechatronics Certifications - AutoCAD, 3D Design – Any **Experience** - 8 ~ 10 Years – in Automobile Tier 1 / OEM - Core experience in Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering Languages Tamil, English Join Us We would be glad to connect with you to discuss your experience and career aspirations in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment. **More lives saved – more life lived!**
