Senior Executive - Projects (Kerala)

**Role Overview** TheSenior Executive Projects will be responsible for executing new store development and renovation projects across Kerala. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per approved quality and brand standards. **Key Responsibilities** **Project Execution** - Execute end-to-end store fit-out and renovation projects from site handover to store opening. - Monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion within approved timelines and budgets. - Conduct regular site visits to track project progress and resolve execution issues. **Site Coordination** - Coordinate with Design, Business Development, Procurement, Operations, and MEP teams for smooth project execution. - Liaise with contractors, consultants, landlords, and vendors to ensure timely completion of project milestones. - Ensure site readiness before handover to Operations. **Quality & Compliance** - Monitor execution quality and ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and brand standards. - Ensure compliance with safety guidelines, statutory requirements, and company SOPs. - Identify and close project snags before store opening. **Reporting & Documentation** - Prepare project progress reports, MIS, and execution updates. - Maintain project documentation, approvals, and handover records. - Escalate project risks and delays to the Regional Projects Head. **Qualifications & Experience** - B.Tech (Civil), Diploma in Civil Engineering, or B.Arch. - 4-7 years of experience in project execution, interior fit-outs, or store development. - Experience in QSR, Retail, Hospitality, Commercial Fit-outs, or Interior Projects is preferred. - Knowledge of civil, interior, and MEP coordination. - Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
