**About The Role** This role will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of all Talent Acquisition vendors, including staffing vendors (contract & permanent), assessment partners, interview-as-a-service providers, job boards, TA Technology vendors and independent contractors. The individual will act as a central program coordinator and governance anchor, ensuring seamless vendor operations, cost efficiency, compliance, and stakeholder alignment across Talent Acquisition, Procurement, Finance, HR, and Business teams. Key Responsibilities - Vendor Ecosystem Management ** Manage a Diverse Portfolio Of TA Vendors, Including** Contract staffing vendors Permanent hiring agencies Talent assessment partners Interview-as-a-Service providers Job boards and sourcing platforms Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors aligned to evolving hiring needs Conduct vendor capability discussions, benchmarking, and onboarding pilots - Vendor Onboarding & Empanelment Drive end-to-end vendor empanelment in collaboration with Procurement Coordinate with internal stakeholders (TA, IT, Legal, Compliance) for approvals Act as SPOC for pilot engagements and onboarding workflows - Vendor Engagement & Demand Fulfillment Publish hiring requirements to relevant vendor partners Ensure optimal vendor allocation across requirements Monitor submission quality, turnaround time, and vendor responsiveness Build strong vendor relationships to ensure consistent delivery - Procurement, PR & PO Management Raise Purchase Requisitions (PRs) aligned with hiring demand Coordinate with Procurement for PO creation, validation, approvals, and timely release to vendors Ensure accuracy of commercial terms across vendors and engagements - Invoicing, Payments & Financial Governance ** Validate / Get Validated Invoices Across** Staffing vendors Interview-as-a-Service vendors Assessment partners Job boards / subscription platforms Perform invoice reconciliation and ensure compliance with agreed commercials Work with Procurement and Finance to ensure timely payment processing Resolve / facilitate resolution of vendor queries related to billing discrepancies and delays - Independent Contractor Management Manage lifecycle of independent consultants / contractors directly engaged by the **Company** Coordinate contract creation, documentation, and compliance Maintain contractor database in collaboration with HR Ensure smooth onboarding, engagement tracking, and offboarding Coordinate asset recovery and closure processes across all contingent workers - Vendor Performance & Governance Maintain centralized vendor database and tracker (e.g. SharePoint) ** Track And Report Vendor Performance Metrics Such As** Quality of submissions Turnaround time (TAT) Cost efficiency Conversion ratios Identify underperforming vendors and recommend corrective actions Drive periodic vendor reviews and rationalization Key Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of end-to-end Talent Acquisition vendor ecosystem Experience handling multiple vendor types (staffing, assessment, SaaS/job boards) Strong cross-functional coordination (TA, Procurement, Finance, HR) Good understanding of commercials, contracts, and invoicing processes Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities **Preferred Experience** Experience in IT Services / Engineering Services / GCC environment Exposure to contingent workforce management + direct contractor engagement models Familiarity with TA, procurement and finance systems (SAP, Ariba, Oracle, etc.) will be a plus
