**Job Description: Core Skills:** **1. Basic UX Process Understanding:** - Familiarity with UX design fundamentals such as user research, wireframing, and prototyping. - Basic knowledge of personas, user journeys, and workflows. **2. UX Design Support:** - Interest in creating simple UI guidelines and maintaining design consistency. - Ability to follow design systems and contribute to basic UI components. **3. Domain Exposure (Optional):** - Basic awareness or interest in healthcare domain (training will be provided). - Understanding of data privacy and user-focused design is a plus. **4. Creative Thinking:** - Strong willingness to learn and design user-friendly interfaces. - Ability to simplify ideas into clean and intuitive designs. **5. Design Tools Knowledge:** - Basic knowledge of tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. Understanding of layout, color, and typography principles. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in designing wireframes, mockups, and basic UI screens. - Support the UX design process from concept to prototype under guidance. - Collaborate with developers and team members to implement designs. - Participate in user research, feedback collection, and design iterations. - Ensure adherence to design guidelines and usability principles. - Support documentation of UX processes and design standards. - Stay updated with latest UI/UX trends and best practices. **Responsibilities: Nice to Have:** - Exposure to front-end technologies (JavaScript, ReactJS – basic level). Awareness of cloud-based applications or web platforms. **Soft Skills:** - Strong willingness to learn and grow. - Good communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to take feedback positively and adapt quickly. - Basic stakeholder interaction skills. **Qualifications: Education Requirements:** - Any Degree (Design / Technology preferred). Certification in UX/UI design is an added advantage
