Because becoming the undisputed leader in food means surrounding ourselves with people who are hungry for what’s next. **Job Overview** The Senior Executive – Employee workplace solution position is required to support the smooth execution of day-to-day facility operations and ensure uninterrupted workplace services. The role is responsible for coordinating with vendors, monitoring service delivery standards, managing preventive maintenance activities, addressing employee concerns, ensuring compliance with safety and statutory requirements, and supporting budget control initiatives. **Key Accountabilities** - Oversee daily facility operations including housekeeping, security, pantry, pest control, and maintenance services. - Monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire & safety systems. - Conduct regular facility inspections and address gaps proactively. - Address employee facility-related queries, complaints, and service requests. - Validate service quality, review invoices, and support cost control initiatives. - Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on operations, incidents, and service performance. - Support initiatives for cost optimization and resource efficiency. - Report incidents, near misses, and coordinate corrective actions. - Ensure statutory compliance related to building operations, safety, and regulatory requirements. - Day – to- day invoice checking & Processing. - Coordinate & Laison with Building Management. - Coordinate internal meetings, events, and office functions. - Fleet Management & day today adhoc cab booking. - Provide general administrative support to various teams as required. **Minimum Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field. - 4+ years of experience in administration, facilities, or generalist support. - Strong organizational, communication, multitasking, and stakeholder-management skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and general office tools. - Knowledge of facilities operations, maintenance coordination, vendor management, SLA monitoring, statutory compliance, EHS, and emergency response. - Proactive, dependable, accountable, and able to work independently, in shifts, and under pressure. **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience in facility or office management. **ELIGIBILITY** Applicants must meet minimum age qualifications in the country in which the job is located.
