YOUR IMPACT You will drive a wide range of core activities across the timesheet and expense reimbursement process, focusing primarily on processing, analyzing, and auditing daily expense submissions. You will consistently deliver within agreed service levels while upholding rigorous quality standards and strictly adhering to established process controls and local office or regional policies. When allocated timesheet responsibilities, you will ensure books for your designated locations are closed accurately and on schedule, alongside preparing weekly, monthly, and office-specific internal process reports. Beyond core operational execution, you will collaborate closely with your team to achieve shared goals, guide and mentor fellow team members, and assist leadership with preparations for client interactions. You will proactively contribute ideas for process improvement and impediment removal, maintain up-to-date process documentation, and readily take on additional responsibilities as business needs evolve.
