Job Description - -------------- **UI II - Role Description:** The scale at which flipkart operates and grows every year is a challenge for our systems hence UI is no different and we make sure our applications could handle that traffic. UI engineers at Flipkart will craft a brand new user-centric UI from scratch using latest web technologies and will be responsible for development of our consumer-facing website and web applications. One of the key responsibilities of an UI developer is to collaborate with product managers, backend engineers, and user researchers to oversee the development of a product **. Roles \& Responsibilities (What you'll do** ): Build next-generation web applications which are efficient, reusable front-end abstractions and syste ms.Explore and design lively and compelling consumer experienc es.Maintain high coding standards and cross-functional interacti on.Prepare front-end templates to provide progressive enhancement for modern browse **rs. Skills Required (What you'll ne** ed): B.E/B.Tech or any other similar qualification with 1 to 3 years of experience in UI technology s tack.A deep expertise in Javascript, HTML and CSS and knowledge in frameworks like React, Angular, Ember is a plus.Ability to write well-abstracted, reusable code for UI compon ents.Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around such is sues.Should have sound knowledge in computer science fundamentals like data structure, object-oriented programming and possess excellent communication sk ills.
