By cultivating a sense of inclusion, belonging and respect, and a collaborative culture, the GEC has fostered the most talented and capable engineers, thereby playing a pivotal role in driving Ingersoll Rands purpose and strategic focus areas. **Job & Division Summary:** We are seeking a **Senior Full Stack Developer** to provide technical leadership, mentor teams, and drive development of scalable digital solutions supporting our **CSS Compressors EMEIA Air Treatment Business Group** from **IRETC Bangalore**. The role requires strong ownership, stakeholder collaboration, Agile execution, and focus on quality, security, and innovation. **Responsibilities** - Own & develop full-stack solutions (Spring Boot + Angular) as a hands-on individual contributor. - Lead integration of SAP, Snowflake, and Salesforce with product selection platforms. - Deliver AI-enabled capabilities for intelligent recommendations and automation. - Design secure, scalable APIs and microservices with Security by Design (threat modeling, secure coding, CVE remediation). - Drive DevSecOps practices using SAST (SonarQube, Checkmarx) & DAST (OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite) - Translate mock screens/prototypes into intuitive, high-quality UI implementations. - Ensure data architecture, CI/CD, performance optimization, and act as a technical mentor. **Essential Skills** - 6-8 years of experience in full-stack development (Angular + Java/Spring Boot). - Strong expertise in Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), Web Accessibility. - Solid backend experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices. - Strong proficiency in SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and data modeling. - Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Git, and modern IDEs (IntelliJ, VS Code). - Experience in secure coding practices (OWASP, API security) and CVE remediation. **Desired experience:** - Experience with DevOps & Cloud (Jenkins/Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions, GCP/AWS) - Exposure to test automation (Cypress, Jasmine, unit/integration testing) - Familiarity with NoSQL (MongoDB) and modern data patterns. - Understanding of Functional Programming concepts. - Knowledge of Agile lifecycle and DevSecOps practices. - Exposure to enterprise integrations (SAP, Salesforce, Snowflake) **Basic Qualifications & Experience:** - BE / ME in Computer Science / IT / ECE / Engineering - 6-8 years of hands-on experience in enterprise software development **What we Offer** - We are all owners of the company!
