Job Role: Senior Functional Consultant - Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)Shift: UK Shift (1:00 PM 10:00 PM)Work Mode: HybridRelevant Exp: 9+ Years **Job Description:** **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) to lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Transportation Management solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, collaborate closely with business stakeholders, and deliver scalable business solutions aligned with organizational objectives. **Key Responsibilities** Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) solutions.Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and solution designs.Configure OTM modules to support transportation planning, shipment execution, freight settlement, carrier management, and logistics operations.Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend process improvements aligned with Oracle best practices.Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), configuration documents, and business process flows.Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover, and go-live activities.Configure and validate business rules, workflows, approvals, and security roles.Assist in data migration, conversion, validation, and reconciliation activities.Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reports, extensions, and customizations.Provide functional support, issue resolution, root cause analysis (RCA), and post-production support.Conduct end-user training sessions and prepare user manuals and knowledge transfer documentation.Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and assess their impact on business processes. **Required Skills Experience** Overall 9+ years of experience, including at least 5+ years of experience in Oracle SCM applications with implementations or support projects involving Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).Strong functional expertise in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).Hands-on experience with:o Transportation Planning and Optimizationo Shipment Managemento Freight Settlement and Billingo Carrier and Service Provider Managemento Rate Managemento Order Release and Shipment Executiono Logistics Network ModelingExperience in at least two end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation projects.Strong understanding of business process mapping, requirement gathering, and solution design.Experience in SIT, UAT, cutover, deployment, and hyper-care support activities.Good understanding of integrations with Oracle Finance, Planning, Procurement, and third-party applications.Knowledge of OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, and REST/SOAP integrations.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities. **Preferred Qualifications**Oracle Fusion Transportation and Global Trade Management Implementation Certification.Experience in Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing, or other Manufacturing industries.EducationBachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
