Job description

- Drive User & Revenue Growth - Own growth metrics across the funnel: acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization - Scale card issuance, activation rates, and add-on product adoption through targeted growth initiatives - Data-Driven Strategy & Experimentation - Develop and implement segmentation and propensity models to identify high-value user cohorts - Design and execute A/B tests to optimize conversion rates across onboarding, KYC, and transaction journeys - Translate data insights into actionable growth strategies - Customer Lifecycle Management - Build and automate lifecycle campaigns (onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation) - Improve retention metrics through behavioral segmentation and personalized engagement journeys - Product & Feature Optimization - Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to enhance payment features and user journeys - Identify friction points and drive improvements in onboarding (e.g., KYC), payments flow, and rewards systems - Personalization & Engagement - Develop and scale personalized marketing campaigns using CRM tools - Build and optimize rewards and offer engines to increase transaction frequency and user stickiness - Channel & Campaign Optimization - Optimize communication channels (push, SMS, email, in-app) using analytics and performance tracking - Improve campaign ROI through continuous monitoring and iteration - Analytics & Reporting - Create dashboards and reporting frameworks to track key growth metrics - Provide regular insights to leadership on performance, trends, and opportunities
