We are hiring for Gen AI Lead Developer and Gen AI Architect for **Hyderabad, Noida, Bangalore, Chennai and Pune.** Total Experience- 8+ years. **Job Summary:** We are looking for an experienced Generative AI Lead Developer and Architect with a strong background in cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing AI solutions, with a focus on generative models. The candidate should be proficient in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP, and have a deep understanding of AI and ML technologies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and architect generative AI solutions to meet business requirements. - Lead the development and deployment of AI models on cloud platforms. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems. - Conduct research and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the AI development team. - Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy. - Ensure the implementation of best practices in AI and ML development. - Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. - Strong proficiency in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP. - Deep understanding of AI and ML technologies, including deep learning, NLP, and computer vision. - Hands-on experience in designing and architecting Gen AI solutions or tools (preferably for infrastructure use-cases) for large enterprise customers. Should have an innovation mind-set and have the ability to build new solutions from the scratch. - Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, agentic automation, and agent frameworks like Langchain, Lang graph, AutoGen, AutoGPT. - Hands-on experience in Gen AI observability & monitoring via tools like Lang Smith - Experience with deep learning, CNN, NLP, text-to-speech, speech-to-text, OCR, and image processing techniques. - Experience in Infrastructure related use-cases leveraging Autonomous Agents and/or agentic platform. Should have hands-on experience building Autonomous agents for Gen AI related use-cases. - Extensive experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure/AWS/GCP/IBM WatsonX) and their AI/ML services. - Extensive experience in Prompt Engineering and ability to design and build Prompt libraries for various scenarios applicable in Infrastructure. - Thorough understanding of Responsible AI best practices and standards and experience of implementing them in Gen AI related projects - Proven track record of leading and delivering complex AI/ML projects. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. **Preferred Skills:** - Experience with AI model deployment and monitoring. - Knowledge of data engineering and data preprocessing techniques. - Familiarity with AI ethics and responsible AI practices.
