**Role & responsibilities** Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with plant business objectives. • Partner with plant leadership and departmental heads to understand current and future manpower requirements. • Drive workforce planning initiatives and succession hiring plans. • Ensure timely closure of critical positions across manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, quality, production, supply chain, EHS, and support functions. End-to-End Recruitment • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval to candidate onboarding. • Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, campus hiring, and industry networking. • Conduct screening, assessment, interviews, salary negotiations, and offer management. • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for key positions. **Preferred candidate profile** - Proven experience in hiring for engineering, production, maintenance, quality, projects, supply chain, and plant leadership roles. - Experience in handling large-scale and bulk hiring requirements across multiple plant locations. - Contract Labour Management
