**Job Title:** Sr. Manager-HR **Experience:** 8 + years **Location:** Greater Noida/ Gurgaon We at Coforge are hiring Corporate HR with the following skillset: We are looking for a seasoned Strategic HR Business Partner to partner with senior leadership in driving people strategy, organizational effectiveness, executive compensation, and performance governance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Partner with business leaders on workforce strategy, talent planning, and organizational effectiveness. - Drive enterprise scorecards, performance reviews, and business metrics tracking. - Manage end-to-end ESOP governance, including grants, vesting, compliance, and board-related processes. - Lead senior leadership compensation and incentive programs. - Act as HRBP for Client Service Group (CSG/Core Sales), supporting org design, succession planning, engagement, and workforce planning. **What We're Looking For:** - 10+ years of experience in HR, Strategy, Rewards, or Finance. - Strong expertise in Compensation, Incentives, ESOPs, and Performance Management. - Experience partnering with senior leadership and sales/client-facing organizations. - Strong analytical, financial, and stakeholder management skills.
