Senior Industrial Engineering Manager

Job description

Job Role & Responsbilities - Lead process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, cycle time, and throughput in PCB manufacturing - Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement practices across operations - Drive automation and digitalization projects to enhance productivity - Develop and manage production planning and capacity utilization strategies - Conduct time & motion studies, line balancing, and manpower optimization - Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and operational performance - Identify and execute cost reduction and process efficiency projects - Optimize material usage and minimize manufacturing wastage - Collaborate with Quality teams to enhance product quality and process capability - Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety, and operational guidelines - Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives - Develop and track KPIs and performance dashboards - Use data analytics to support decision-making and improvement projects - Work closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain teams - Lead and mentor the industrial engineering team to drive operational excellence
