**Key Responsibilities** - Design and implement Master Data Management solutions using **Informatica MDM Hub** - Create and manage **data cleansing, standardization, and data quality jobs** - Lead end-to-end implementation and delivery of MDM projects - Define and maintain: - Landing Tables - Staging Tables - Base Objects (BO) - Hierarchies - Relationship Structures - Design and configure: - Match Rules - Match Paths - Merge Rules - Survivorship Rules - Develop batch and real-time integrations using: - Informatica PowerCenter - Informatica IICS/CDI - SIF Framework - REST APIs - JMS - Implement Data Quality solutions using **Informatica IDQ** - Perform data profiling, parsing, cleansing, and standardization - Create project plans and implementation strategies - Manage cross-environment data migration and deployment activities - Prepare technical documentation and implementation artifacts **Must-Have Skills** Informatica MDM - Strong hands-on experience with: - **Informatica MDM Hub** - Hub Console - Provisioning Tool - E360 / C360 Frameworks - Experience implementing enterprise MDM solutions Data Quality - Strong expertise in: - **Informatica Data Quality (IDQ)** - Data profiling - Data cleansing - Data standardization - Data quality assessment Data Integration & ETL - Experience with: - **Informatica PowerCenter** - Informatica Cloud Data Integration (CDI/IICS) - Batch processing - Cross-environment data transfers - Strong understanding of ETL concepts Data Modeling - Experience defining: - Base Objects - Relationships - Hierarchies - Staging and Landing Models - Understanding of MDM data architecture Database Technologies - Advanced experience with: - Oracle - SQL Server - PL/SQL - SQL Development Integration Technologies - Experience with: - REST APIs - JMS - SIF Framework - Third-party application integrations **Good-to-Have Skills** - Experience hosting and supporting: - On-Premise Informatica MDM environments - Exposure to: - Cloud-based Informatica solutions - Enterprise Data Governance initiatives - Experience with: - Real-time MDM implementations - Large-scale customer or product master data domains
