OPEN REQUISITIONS 1. Cloud & Middleware Engineer IBM WebSphere, IIS, SpringBoot, Tomcat – middleware configuration and support Gitlab Pipelines and Terraform/Ansible – infrastructure as code and CI/CD AWS and Azure Cloud – provisioning, monitoring, cost management 2. Network Services Engineer BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP, Port-Channels, ACLs, NAT, DHCP, DNS – routing and switching UC-VOIP, InfoBlox, Scrum, SDWAN – unified communications and network automation F5 BIG-IP – strong hands-on knowledge for load balancing and application delivery 3. Java/Cloud Application Support Engineer Java, SpringBoot, AWS, Openshift – application hosting and runtime environments Splunk, Dynatrace – monitoring and observability tools Mainframe knowledge and job scheduler experience 4. .Net / Production Support Engineer .Net development and SQL Production support with ITIL framework adherence Incident, change, and problem management processes 5. ITIL Problem Manager / Governance Lead ITIL Problem Management practices – root cause analysis, known error database Governance & Oversight – audit readiness, policy compliance, controls Process and Procedure Management – SOP creation and process improvement Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or relevant field ITIL v3/v4 certification preferred Experience in 24x7 enterprise infrastructure environments Strong documentation and process management skills Exposure to cloud-native and hybrid infrastructure setups
