Job description

What success looks like in this role: • Managing and maintaining all development labs across cloud and on-prem environments • Leading vulnerability remediation to keep systems patched, clean, and secure • Maintaining and strengthening Zero Trust security posture across lab environments • Enforcing security baselines, hardening standards, and access controls • Staying aligned with emerging technologies and proposing innovative solutions • Building strong business cases to support the adoption of new technologies • Integrating diverse technologies, tools, and platforms to meet use-case requirements • Using programming and scripting languages to develop automation routines • Creating and executing unit and integration test cases • Collaborating with Architects to engineer new capabilities • Following Agile/SDLC processes and adhering to development best practices • Working with Automation Analysts, account teams, and customer teams to deploy automation workflows • Conducting code reviews to ensure compliance with standards and alignment with best practices • Developing CMP-related procedures interfacing with APIs for cloud and infrastructure manipulation • Mentoring and guiding junior engineers across global teams. • • Keys to Success: • • A passion for innovation and staying ahead of technology trends • Strong technical depth across infrastructure, automation, and scripting • The ability to build strategic business cases that influence technology adoption • A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills • Leadership qualities, including mentorship, thought leadership, and execution excellence • A self-starter attitude with the drive to deliver impactful solutions at scale • The ability to work in fast-paced, global, and highly dynamic environments • A security-first mindset focused on clean, compliant, and well-maintained environments. #LI-SN1 You will be successful in this role if you have: • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field and 5+years of experience required. • Expert-level infrastructure services experience across cloud and on-prem • Hands-on vulnerability management and security hardening experience • Automation programming and scripting experience • Expert-level ITSM and ITIL process knowledge • Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship skills • Demonstrated thought leadership and innovation focus • Proven ability to lead projects and deliver with excellence • • Required Skills: • • Programming and scripting for automation and infrastructure • Security-first focus on vulnerability management (mandatory) and clean environments • DevOps experience • Cloud and on-prem infrastructure operations • Automation tools: Ansible, Foreman, etc. • Configuration management tools such as Ansible.
