Job description

**Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and maintain enterprise integration solutions using **Java, Red Hat Fuse ESB, Apache Camel, and ActiveMQ** - Develop and support **RESTful and SOAP-based web services** - Build and maintain integration flows between enterprise applications and databases - Work with business analysts and system analysts to understand and implement business requirements - Develop Java batch processing and backend integration services - Integrate applications with **Oracle and SQL Server databases using JDBC** - Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices - Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and production issues - Work within Agile teams to deliver high-quality software solutions - Maintain technical documentation and deployment artifacts - Support CI/CD and DevOps practices within the development lifecycle **Must-Have Skills** Java & Integration Development - Strong expertise in: - **Core Java** - **J2EE** - **Spring MVC / Struts / JSF** - Experience building enterprise integration solutions Middleware & Messaging - Hands-on experience with: - **Red Hat Fuse ESB** - **Apache Camel** - **Apache ActiveMQ** - Experience implementing messaging and integration patterns API & Web Services - Strong experience with: - **REST Services** - **SOAP Web Services** - JSON and XML messaging Database - Experience with: - **Oracle** - **SQL Server** - JDBC integration - Good understanding of: - SQL queries - Batch processing DevOps & Development Tools - Experience with: - **Git** - **Jenkins** - **Maven** - **SonarQube** - **Artifactory** - Stash Operating Systems - Hands-on experience with: - **Linux** - **Unix** Methodology - Strong experience in: - Agile delivery - SDLC processes **Good-to-Have Skills** - Experience with: - Shell scripting - Windows batch scripting - Knowledge of scheduling tools such as: - Autosys - Zena - Exposure to: - Property & Casualty Insurance domain
