**Design Cafe is hiring Senior Interior Designer - Kolkata (Salt Lake/ Park Street)Center** **Address: 6th Floor, Primarc Square, Salt Lake, 1, LA Block, Sector 3, Bidhannagar, Kolkata, West Bengal 700106** **Experience : 3+ years of experience** **Modular Residential Interior Experience is a must .** **Job Description / Responsibilities:** **Assesses and meets client requirements and desires through regular meetings and conferences** **Produces sketches, drawings, and floor plans to illustrate concepts and finished projects using computer-aided design programs (CAD) and hand-drawing skills** **Creates idea boards to communicate design concepts to clients** **Strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude of design principles** **Excellent portfolio of previous works** **Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design.** **Requirements :** **You must have min 3 plus years of experience in residential projects** **Modular interior Experience is a must** **Registered Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture** **Experience in handling clients and handling projects independently** **Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Google Sketch-up** **Strong verbal and written English communication skills, ability to convey complex ideas effectively and efficiently.** **Qualification:** **Academic: Diploma in Interior Designing (2/3 years), B.Arch, Civil** **Technical / Professional:** **Interior Designer** **Google Sketch-up** **AutoCAD** **Microsoft office**
