You combine design thinking, customer empathy, and business ownership to create spaces customers love and convert that into measurable success. **What You’ll Own** - Translate customer requirements into functional, aesthetic space plans - Own the complete design deliverables - Deliver an exceptional, trust-led customer experience - Manage pipeline and drive monthly revenue targets - Ensure clear, seamless project handover to execution teams **What We’re Looking For** - **1+ year experience** in residential interiors ( **modular + space planning** ) - Graduation / relevant Diploma | 15+ years of Academic education - Proficiency in **AutoCAD** or similar tools - Experience in client-facing or design-and-build setups - Strong communication and presentation skills - High ownership mindset with comfort in target-driven environments.
