**Role & responsibilities** PLM expertise is mandatory because the candidate will lead engineering lifecycle projects and must understand PLM solutions. - PTC Windchill hands-on experience is mandatory since technical customization and evaluation of solutions on this platform are critical. - Engineering OEM domain experience is mandatory as the candidate must understand applications, terminology, and processes relevant to automotive/truck manufacturing. **Preferred candidate profile** The ideal candidate has engineering domain experience and OEM industry experience. - The candidate must have IT Project Management experience and PLM expertise. - The candidate should have hands-on experience with PTC Windchill. - The candidate must demonstrate technical-to-project management career progression. - The candidate must have strong stakeholder management skills. - The candidate should be a self-starter with an entrepreneurship mindset. - The candidate must be able to lead projects without requiring handholding. - Candidates with 1314 years of relevant experience are considered; preference for 1720 years. - PMP certification is considered valuable. - Experience in automotive, truck, or manufacturing OEM domains is required
