**Key Responsibilities** - **Backend Architecture & Development:** Design, develop, test, and deploy robust, scalable, and secure microservices using **Core Java** , **Spring Boot** , and advanced multi-threading concepts. - **Cloud Infrastructure:** Architect and manage cloud native applications deploying across multi-cloud environments ( **AWS** , **GCP** , or **Azure** ). - **Database & Integration:** Design efficient data schemas and optimize database queries while integrating complex third-party APIs and messaging queues. - **Code Quality & Mentorship:** Drive engineering excellence by participating in rigorous code reviews, writing comprehensive unit/integration tests, and mentoring junior team members. - **Performance Optimization:** Identify bottlenecks and optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and high-throughput concurrency. **Required Skills & Qualification** **Backend Expertise (Core Focus)** - **9+ yea** rs of professional software development experience primarily focused on backend engineering usin **g Java (8 or highe** r - Deep understanding o **f Core Ja** va, OOPs principles, Design Patterns, an **d Multithreading/Concurren** cy - Hands-on experience building production-grade microservices using th **e Spring Bo** ot framework. - Strong experience with cloud platforms (hands-on with at least one **: A** WS **, G** CP, o **r Microsoft Azu** re). - Solid experience with RESTful API design and building high-performance, distributed system **s Frontend Familiari** tyFoundational, hands-on experience wit **h React.** js (including JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3). Ability to understand frontend state management, build simple UI components, and debug API integration issues independently **.** **Databases & Too** ls - Strong understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions. - Proficiency with build tools (Maven, Gradle) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitlabCI, or GitHub Actions ). Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes is a major plus.
