Must have skills : Java Standard Edition Good to have skills : Microsoft Azure Architecture Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the development lifecycle to create innovative solutions that enhance client services. The position emphasizes adopting new technologies and methodologies to address complex business challenges, all while maintaining a focus on cloud-first strategies and agile practices. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous improvement of system components are integral parts of the daily workflow. Roles \& Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the integration of cross-functional team efforts to ensure seamless delivery of project objectives. - Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. - Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals. Professional \& Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Standard Edition, Microsoft Azure Architecture. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Architecture. - Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. - Experience in developing scalable and maintainable backend services. - Familiarity with front-end technologies and frameworks to support full stack development. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across different layers. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Java Standard Edition. - This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
