**Role Overview** Backend Software Engineer responsible for building, testing, and deploying cloud-ready Java Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs. The role focuses on clean code, performance, reliability, security, and collaboration with Dev, QA, DevOps, and business teams. Experience with cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, databases, and CI/CD is required. **Core Responsibilities** - Develop and deploy backend applications using Java and Spring Boot. - Build reliable REST APIs and microservices with proper versioning. - Deploy services on AWS, Azure, or GCP using Docker and Kubernetes. - Integrate with relational databases and internal or third-party services. - Improve performance, scalability, security, and reliability. - Support CI/CD, monitoring, logging, debugging, and code reviews. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and deliver solutions. **Mandatory Skills** - Java, collections, concurrency, error handling, and performance tuning. - Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA/Hibernate, Spring Security. - Microservices and REST API design. - AWS, Azure, or GCP fundamentals. - Docker and Kubernetes basics. - SQL, relational databases, transactions, and JPA/Hibernate. - Git, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, and debugging.
