Job Description Senior Java Full Stack Architect **Experience:** 1520 Years **Location:** Bangalore, India **Employment Type:** Full-Time Role Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Java Full Stack Architect with 1520 years of expertise in designing and delivering large-scale enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java-based architectures, modern front-end technologies, cloud-native development, microservices, and enterprise integration patterns. This role requires driving architecture strategy, leading technical teams, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across complex business environments. Key Responsibilities: - Define and own the end-to-end architecture for enterprise-grade web and cloud applications. - Lead architecture discussions, technology evaluations, and solution design reviews. - Design scalable, resilient, and secure Full Stack applications using Java and modern front-end frameworks. - Drive modernization initiatives, including cloud migration, application re-engineering, and digital transformation programs. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, delivery managers, and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Establish architecture standards, governance frameworks, coding guidelines, and best practices. - Lead multiple development teams and mentor technical leads, architects, and senior developers. - Ensure solution scalability, performance optimization, security compliance, and operational excellence. - Participate in client discussions, RFP responses, effort estimation, and technical solution presentations. - Provide guidance on DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and cloud-native engineering practices. - Drive innovation through adoption of emerging technologies and industry best practices. Required Skills & Experience: Backend Technologies - 1520 years of experience in software engineering with strong expertise in Java/J2EE technologies. - Extensive experience in: - Java 8/11/17+ - Spring Boot - Spring Cloud - Spring Security - Hibernate/JPA - RESTful APIs - Microservices Architecture - Event-Driven Architecture - Enterprise Integration Patterns Front-End Technologies: - Strong hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frameworks: - Angular (preferred) - React.js - TypeScript - HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+ - Experience designing responsive and scalable user interfaces. Cloud & DevOps - Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform: - AWS - Azure - GCP - Experience with: - Docker - Kubernetes/OpenShift - Jenkins - GitHub Actions / GitLab CI - Terraform - Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Data & Integration - Strong expertise in: - Oracle - PostgreSQL - SQL Server - MongoDB - Redis - Experience with messaging and streaming platforms: - Apache Kafka - RabbitMQ - ActiveMQ Architecture & Design Expertise - Enterprise Architecture - Solution Architecture - Domain-Driven Design (DDD) - Design Patterns and Architectural Patterns - Distributed Systems Design - API-First Architecture - Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) - Cloud-Native Architecture - Security Architecture - High Availability and Disaster Recovery Design Leadership Responsibilities - Lead and mentor architects, technical leads, and engineering teams. - Drive architecture governance and technical decision-making. - Manage stakeholder expectations and provide technical leadership across programs. - Conduct architecture reviews, code quality assessments, and risk evaluations. - Support pre-sales activities, solution proposals, and customer presentations. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with AI/ML-enabled enterprise applications and Generative AI integrations. - Exposure to API Management platforms such as Apigee, Kong, or MuleSoft. - Knowledge of observability tools such as ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk. - Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Retail, Telecom, or Healthcare domains. - Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred. - TOGAF, Certified Solution Architect, or equivalent certifications are a plus. Educational Qualification - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
