Senior Java Software Engineer

**Key Responsibilities** - **Backend Architecture & Development:** Design, develop, test, and deploy robust, scalable, and secure microservices using **Core Java** , **Spring Boot** , and advanced multi-threading concepts. - **Full-Stack Bridge:** Utilize basic **React** knowledge to occasionally assist with UI integration, build full-stack features, and ensure seamless communication between backend APIs and the frontend. - **Cloud Infrastructure:** Architect and manage cloud native applications deploying across multi-cloud environments ( **AWS** , **GCP** , or **Azure** ). - **Database & Integration:** Design efficient data schemas and optimize database queries while integrating complex third-party APIs and messaging queues. - **Code Quality & Mentorship:** Drive engineering excellence by participating in rigorous code reviews, writing comprehensive unit/integration tests, and mentoring junior team members. - **Performance Optimization:** Identify bottlenecks and optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and high-throughput concurrency. **Required Skills & Qualifications** **Backend Expertise (Core Focus)** - **5+ years** of professional software development experience primarily focused on backend engineering using **Java (8 or higher)** . - Deep understanding of **Core Java** , OOPs principles, Design Patterns, and **Multithreading/Concurrency** . - Hands-on experience building production-grade microservices using the **Spring Boot** framework. - Strong experience with cloud platforms (hands-on with at least one: **AWS** , **GCP** , or **Microsoft Azure** ). - Solid experience with RESTful API design and building high-performance, distributed systems. **Frontend Familiarity** - Foundational, hands-on experience with **React.js** (including JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3). - Ability to understand frontend state management, build simple UI components, and debug API integration issues independently. **Databases & Tools** - Strong understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions. - Proficiency with build tools (Maven, Gradle) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitlabCI, or GitHub Actions). - Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes is a major plus.
