Job description

**Key Responsibilities** - Design, develop, and maintain **Kafka-based messaging solutions** - Work on **Kafka clustering, configuration, and performance optimization** - Build and manage: - **Producers / Consumers** - **Kafka Connect** - **Kafka Streams / KSQL** - Ensure **high availability (HA) and fault-tolerant Kafka architectures** - Perform **code reviews and enforce best practices across the team** - Collaborate with teams for **system design and requirement analysis** - Lead delivery activities and resolve **technical impediments** - Support **data migration and integration strategies** - Document system designs, architecture, and workflows - Troubleshoot and resolve issues across **messaging, database, and integration layers** **MustHave Skills** **Kafka & Messaging** - Strong hands-on experience with: - **Apache Kafka (3+ years)** - Deep understanding of: - **Brokers, Zookeeper, Producers/Consumers** - **Kafka Connect / Kafka Streams / KSQL** - Experience with: - **Clustering, fault tolerance, HA, DR** **Development & Integration** - Strong experience in: - **Java / Spring Boot (Microservices)** - Experience in: - **API integration / messaging-based systems** - Experience with: - **Database connectors (Oracle / MySQL with Kafka)** **Database** - Strong knowledge of: - **Oracle SQL / relational databases** **Architecture** - Understanding of: - **Event-driven architecture** - **Microservices-based systems** **GoodtoHave Skills** - Experience with: - **AWS cloud** - **Apigee API integration** - Exposure to: - Enterprise integration platforms - Experience with: - Distributed system design
