## **Job Description:** - 8 10 years of overall experience in the supply chain domain with hands on experience in Planning Order Management and logistics with exposure to visibility and analytics - Well versed with order management logistics operations and visibility solutions - Exposure to global market with focus on order fulfillment across multiple industries - Strong program project management skills and demonstrated experience in working with multiple teams technology operations etc - for requirements gathering AI solution deployment ## **Key Responsibilities:** - At least 8 10 years of relevant experience preferably in order fulfillment requirements gathering and deploying supply chain solutions for clients - Domain - o Must Have strong in Order Management Fulfillment area with hands on AI solutioning and model building experience - o Good to have Supply Chain Planning Inventory S OP Q2C Order Management Logistics etc - Industry Discrete Manufacturing Capital Goods CPG Hitech Retail etc ## **Technical Requirements:** - Build and deploy AI driven order management logistics solutions which are fundamental complimentary to maturing the digital sales fulfillment practice by working closely with external internal partners and technology teams to architect solutions - The role requires strong product management business analysis requirements gathering with AI and business acumen in addition to domain capabilities - Creativity and resourcefulness in a fast paced agile environment and strong program management skills to deliver on committed timelines are a prerequisite - Strong knowledge of supply chain process flows and AI interventions to radically transform the same is a must ## **Additional Responsibilities:** - Ability to comprehend frameworks process Knowledge and approaches to drive end to end supply chain solutioning - Experience in supply chain analytics reporting and incubating practice operations - Ability to run a complex deployment project from scratch and guide towards setup of BAU operations - Hands on with order management inventory and logistics processes with strong process orientation and exposure to OM platforms like Esker OMPrompt and visibility control tower software like Far Eye Four Kites - Exposure to BI and Reporting tools and Strong knowledge of Supply Chain KPIs - Hands on Experience in working with planning logistics data to build analysis and derive insights - Exposure to Statistical Tools R Python SAS and ML models - Ability to manage work in ambiguity - Excellent Visio Power Point and Communication skills - Strong influencing and collaboration skills ## **Preferred Skills:** S&F->SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNING ( Vendor Management); INVENTORY PLANNING; INSIDE SALES; MDM
