## **Job Description:** - We are looking for a seasoned Compensation Benefits professional to join our HR team as an Associate Lead Lead C B - The role will be responsible for designing managing and enhancing compensation programs that support business objectives drive employee engagement and ensure market competitiveness - This position requires strong stakeholder management analytical capabilities and expertise in compensation strategy governance and execution ## **Key Responsibilities:** - Compensation Strategy Design - Develop and implement compensation strategies aligned with organizational goals - Design and manage salary structures incentive plans and employee benefits programs - Conduct job evaluations and market pricing exercises to ensure competitive compensation - Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of compensation processes and programs - Design and oversee sales compensation plans in partnership with business and finance stakeholders - Benchmark compensation structures against industry standards and best practices - Compensation Program Administration - Manage compensation plans policies and related documentation - Ensure accurate and timely calculation of incentives bonuses and commissions - Handle compensation related exceptions escalations and queries - Market Benchmarking Analysis - Lead compensation benchmarking and salary survey initiatives - Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to leadership teams - Ensure internal pay equity and external market competitiveness - Policy Development Governance - Develop review and maintain compensation policies and guidelines - Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws tax regulations and organizational controls - Support internal and external audits related to compensation practices - Operational Excellence - Drive annual compensation cycles including salary reviews merit increases and bonus processes - Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders on promotion and compensation decisions - Manage compensation systems tools and related data processes - Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with business leaders and key stakeholders on compensation decisions and programs - Educate managers and employees on compensation philosophy policies and practices - Support compensation requirements during organizational change initiatives including restructuring and M A activities - Reporting Analytics - Develop and maintain compensation reports dashboards and metrics - Monitor pay equity gender pay gap and other DE I related compensation metrics - Conduct budget forecasting and cost impact analysis for compensation changes and programs - Global Regional Alignment - Support alignment of compensation practices across geographies where applicable - Ensure local compensation practices are aligned with global frameworks and standards ## **Technical Requirements:** - Required Skills Qualifications - 9 years of experience in Compensation Benefits Rewards or Total Rewards - Strong understanding of compensation design benchmarking salary surveys and incentive programs - Experience managing annual compensation review cycles - Excellent analytical problem solving and stakeholder management skills - Strong communication and presentation abilities - Proficiency in compensation reporting analytics and HR systems - Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment ## **Additional Responsibilities:** - Preferred Attributes - Experience working with large organizations and complex compensation structures - Exposure to sales compensation programs and global compensation frameworks - Strong business acumen with a data driven approach to decision making
