1: Job Purpose Statement (Summarise in one/two statements why this job exists and the contribution makes to the overall business of the company). We are seeking an experienced Senior Lead Developer Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to drive design, development, and delivery of CRM solutions across enterprise platforms. The role requires strong technical depth, leadership capability, and experience delivering scalable CRM implementations integrated with multiple systems. 2: Duties & Responsibilities ( List in the order of importance the duties & responsibilities of this job ) - 8+ years of relevant work experience - 1. Solution Design & Architecture - Lead architecture and design of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing modules). - Define scalable, secure, and high-performance CRM architecture aligned with enterprise platforms. - Collaborate with enterprise architecture, business stakeholders, and downstream system owners. - 2. Development & Customisation - Lead development of: - •Plugins, workflows, custom APIs, Power Platform components - • Model-driven and canvas apps - Customise D365 using: - • Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI - • JavaScript, C#, .NET - • Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - 3. Integration Management - • Architect and implement integrations with: - • Core systems (LOS, ERP, Mobility apps, etc.) - • Third-party services via REST/SOAP APIs - • Work on middleware (e.g., ESB/APIGEE/Azure Integration Services as relevant in enterprise stack). - 4. Technical Leadership - Lead a team of developers; guide design, code reviews, and troubleshooting. - Drive Agile delivery (Sprint planning, estimation, retrospectives). - Mentor junior developers and enforce engineering governance. - 5. Performance & Release Management - Optimize CRM performance and scalability. - Lead deployments using CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps). - Manage version control, environments, and release processes. - 6. Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with: - • Business teams (collections, sales, service ops) - • Product owners and program managers - Translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Core Skills - 812+ years in Microsoft technologies, with 5+ years in D365 CRM - • Strong expertise in: - Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Service) - Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) - C#, .NET, JavaScript - Hands-on experience in plugin development and custom workflows - Integration & Architecture - • Experience with: - • API-driven architecture - • Middleware / ESB / API Gateway platforms - Data & Reporting - • Understanding of Dataverse - • Integration with reporting tools (Power BI preferred) - Preferred Qualifications - • Microsoft certifications: - • Dynamics 365 (MB-210, MB-220, PL-400, etc.) - • Experience in financial services / lending / collections domain 5.
