The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps Pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, Kubernetes, and automation, and thrives in Agile/Scrum environments while driving DevOps best practices across engineering teams. **Responsibilities** - Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available Azure cloud infrastructure - Build, maintain, and optimize Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment - Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform - Deploy and manage containerized applications on Azure Kubernetes Service - Automate operational tasks using PowerShell, Python, or Bash - Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using Azure Monitor, Grafana, and Prometheus - Ensure cloud security by implementing RBAC, Azure Key Vault, Azure Policy, and security best practices - Troubleshoot production issues related to Azure infrastructure, Kubernetes, networking, and CI/CD pipelines - Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to improve deployment automation and platform reliability - Mentor junior engineers and drive DevOps best practices across the engineering team **Requirements** - 8+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer with expertise in Azure DevOps Services and Azure DevOps Pipelines - Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform - Experience with AKS, Docker, and Kubernetes - Skills in scripting using PowerShell, Python, or Bash - Expertise in CI/CD automation using Azure DevOps and source code management using Git/GitHub - Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Grafana, and Prometheus - Understanding of Azure networking and cloud security - Background in working in Agile/Scrum environments - Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills **We offer** - Opportunity to work on technical challenges that may impact across geographies - Vast opportunities for self-development: online university, knowledge sharing opportunities globally, learning opportunities through external certifications - Opportunity to share your ideas on international platforms - Sponsored Tech Talks & Hackathons - Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions - Possibility to relocate to any EPAM office for short and long-term projects - Focused individual development - Benefit package: - Health benefits - Retirement benefits - Paid time off - Flexible benefits - Forums to explore beyond work passion (CSR, photography, painting, sports, etc.)
