Senior Lead QA Analyst

Location: India (Bangalore preferred)Experience: 6+ years of overall automation testing experience with leadership exposure   Job Summary:We are seeking Test Lead who will be responsible for leading testing activities for AI/Agentic AI solutions, ensuring quality, reliability, and compliance across releases. The role requires strong automation skills, understanding of AI systems, team leadership capability and close collaboration with cross‑functional teams. Testing Agentic AI or LLM based systems are the primary skills for the role.   Key Responsibilities:Define and execute AI testing strategy for agentic and AI‑driven solutionsLead testing activities of models, prompts, agent workflows, and AI outputsManage test planning, execution and evidence tracking using Test Management Tool.Drive automation coverage using Python‑based frameworks and ensure maintainable test suitesIntegrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.Use Cursor AI as a primary tool to design, generate, refactor and maintain automated test scriptsDrive defect triage, risk assessment, and release readiness decisionsCollaborate with Product Owner, Engineering Leads, Data Science and Business teamsMentor testers and promote best practices in AI and prompt‑based testingCursor AI as a primary tool to design, generate, refactor, and maintain automated test scripts   Required Skills:Experience in test leadership and QA governanceKnowledge of AI/ML concepts and non‑deterministic system behaviorStrong hands‑on experience with UI/API automation, AI workflow automation and building scalable Python test frameworks.Hands-on experience in Models, prompts, scoring logic, regeneration workflows, Agent decision flows and multi‑agent coordinationExperience with functional, Non Functional, Regression and UAT testingExperience building CI/CD QA pipelines.Experience in using ALM, JIRA, LangSmith and Data Dog ToolsExperience with AI-assisted development and testing tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot etcExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills   Preferred Skills:Experience testing Agentic AI or LLM‑based systemsExperience with AI‑assisted testing setup using Playwright MCP in VS CodeExposure to AI testing techniques such as scenario‑based or metamorphic testingPerformance/Load Testing and related tools.(Load Runner Tool) IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
