Position Title : Senior Mainframe Developer / Lead Mainframe Engineer Location: Pune Experience : 8+ yrs Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Mainframe Developer with strong expertise in COBOL, DB2, JCL, VSAM, and CICS to support and enhance mission-critical applications across Payment Domain. Core Mainframe Technologies COBOL,JCL,DB2,CICS Mainframe Development and Debugging Tools :File-AID and File Manager, QMF and SPUFI,TSO/ISPF,IBM Debug Tool, Query Analyzer Development and ALM Tools :JIRA,CCS Operating Systems : z/OS and MVS Preferred Additional Skills :PL/I Development , IMS, Stored procedures, Production support and incident management, Banking and financial services domain knowledge Experience of Mainframe Jobs performance optimization, modernization from mainframe Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience working in Agile delivery models. Desired Competencies: Strong problem-solving, ownership, and stakeholder management skills with experience in production support and business-critical applications. Ability to work independently across global teams and mentor junior engineers when required.
