Senior Manager/AGM- Sales Strategy & Governance

**Job Description:-**  Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Governance & Compliance - Develop and implement sales strategies & governance policies and frameworks. - Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal standards. - Monitor and maintain records of all legal cases involving sales, including dealer infringement matters. - Oversee adherence to pricing frameworks: domestic/export price lists (PR00), discounts, and pricing guidelines. - Conduct regular audits of sales activities, including: - Timely submission and quality of sales indents. - Verification of end-user data. - Act as the single point of contact for: - Standardized sales quotation formats. - Review and updates of General Terms & Conditions in collaboration with stakeholders. - Analyze and apply group-level guidelines related to sales governance. 2. Sales Process Administration - Manage C4C and ensure accurate and updated sales data. - Drive end-to-end (E2E) sales processes and CRM utilization. - Support sales teams with onboarding, sales manuals, and process documentation. - Maintain customer master data, territory mapping, and account assignments. - Manage sales-related documentation/reporting to KSB SE (e.g., FC, MTP, COI ). - Serve as the Single Point of Contact for: - Dealer-related matters: policies, onboarding, agreements. - DMP, PRIME portal improvements. - Sales-related DTC projects and pump selection software coordination. 3. Reporting & Analytics - Generate and manage sales dashboards and reports (e.g., Sales Target vs Achievement, Order Intake, Forecasts). - Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to support strategic decision-making. - Analyze sales trends, gaps, and identify areas for process enhancement. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with Finance, Legal, DTC, and other functions to ensure aligned and compliant sales operations. - Serve as the administrative liaison between the sales team and internal support functions to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
