Senior Manager- Bangalore (Business Partner Development)

Job description

**Purpose** Person in the profile of Senior Manager is responsible for managing entire Business partner operations for Bangalore & Rest of Karnataka centers by onboarding new transport vendor & ensure sustainability of partners in long term. **Min Experience** – 3 years **Qualification** – Graduate/Post Graduate **Key responsibilities -** 1. Building first mile & last mile capacity through hiring partners and ensuring proper placement of vehicles as per schedules 2. Conducting Vendor ROI (Return on Investment) and Profit & Loss analysis 3. Help and coordinate vendor onboarding processes. 4. Ensuring optimum utilization of vendor resources through data analysis & strategy implementation. 5. Escalations/Grievance Handling and retaining Business Partners 6. Managing Business partner relations within the Operations Department. 7. Track & maintain KPI – Business partner share in dispatches centre-wise; Cost per Shipment; Available to dispatch for centres; 8. Capacity Planning for peak season time and surge volumes 9. Training & development of team and app & dashboard usage for performance and payments
