Senior Manager – Cloud Solution Delivery

Job description

Job Description: Lead cloud transformation and infrastructure initiatives using Agile methodologies. Drive program governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful delivery of cloud and platform modernization programs. - Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end delivery of cloud migration, modernization, infrastructure, and platform transformation initiatives. - Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning. - Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation. - Coordinate across Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, Network, DevOps, and Application teams to drive execution. - Build strong relationships with business leaders, clients, and technology stakeholders. - Lead stakeholder communications, governance reviews, steering committees, and executive reporting. - Identify and mitigate delivery risks, resolve escalations, and remove project roadblocks. - Ensure project readiness, transition planning, and alignment with business objectives. - Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and Agile maturity. - Manage Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Service Request Management processes. - Qualifications: 8-15 years of Project/Program Management experience. - Experience leading Cloud, Infrastructure, Data Center, Digital Transformation, or Platform programs. - Strong understanding of Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP), Infrastructure, Security, and DevOps concepts. - Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe environments. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. **Certifications** - PMP / PRINCE2 (optional) - Must have one of below - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) - SAFe Agilist - Cloud Foundation Certifications (Azure/AWS/GCP) – must have for one of the Cloud Service Provider
