Senior Manager Corporate Finance

We have multiple openings across different levels, ranging from Manager to Associate Director (AD). All positions are based in Bangalore (BLR). Sagility is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Finance leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, investor relations support, and driving financial automation initiatives. This strategic role requires a strong analytical mindset, leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. • SG&A and Corporate Function Partnering: Partner with corporate functions to manage SG&A (Selling, General & Administrative) expenses and drive efficiency across support functions • Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans. • Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare and manage the company's budget, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives. Monitor and report on budget variances and recommend corrective actions. • Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. • Strategic Financial Management: Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Analyse financial performance, identify trends, and develop strategies to improve financial outcomes. • Investment Analysis: Evaluate potential investment opportunities, conduct financial due diligence, and prepare investment proposals. Monitor the performance of existing investments and recommend adjustments as needed. • Investor Relations: Support investor relations activities by preparing financial presentations, reports, and other materials for investors. Assist in responding to investor inquiries and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders. Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Engineering. Preferred qualifications include professional certifications such as CPA or CFA, or an MBA in Finance from top-tier institutions. • Experience: Minimum of 3-9 years of experience in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, or a related field.
