Hello, Greeting from **"Kotak Life Insurance"** Job Role - Direct Taxation Location - Goregaon East Contact Person - Sangita Mandal (8369252270) Interested person can share there resume at **"sangita.mandal@kotak.com"** **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** - Responsible for TDS compliances of the company including TDS payments, filing of returns, Equalisation levy, issuing TDS certificate, etc. - Responsible for Implementing direct tax related changes in the company including system changes, processes implementation & improving the same - Responsible for completing Tax Audit and ensuring timely filing to tax return of the company. - Responsible for FATCA/CRS compliances of the company - Responsible for SFT/Form 60 compliances of the company - Providing tax advisory to all the internal departments/stake holders on TDS applicability on life insurance products, taxation on life insurance and queries related to other direct taxation - Preparing Assessment related data - Preparing quarterly Advance Tax working - Review of agreements and processes having impact on taxes - Knowledge of Accounting **REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS** Educational Qualifications: Non-CA/Semi-Qualified Work Experience: 5+ years experience in Direct Tax
