Group Company: Duroflex Limited Designation: Senior Manager Office Location: Corporate Office - Bangalore Bangalore (Corporate office) Years of experience: 7 to 10 Requirements Who can apply: Anyone with 7-10 years experience in maintaining relationships with clients and managing a team of subordinates. An M/s degree in marketing management or a related field is required. Responsibilities • Responsible for the maintenance of the relationship with the clients and maintaining a proper communication with the different departments. Reporting will be to the Board of Directors. • Guiding the subordinates to a specific goal aligning with the goal of the organisation • Coordination with the other departments and troubleshooting the problem • Being a cord between the heads of all the activities in the organisation and having the team directed towards the unanimity of the efforts to meet with the goal • Ensure the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel • Develop and implement marketing techniques that will drive new customers • Set specific marketing strategies to retain customers • Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns • Suggest new methods to address customers' needs • Track marketing metrics and trends, like conversion rates and web analytics • Assist with organizing promotional events to reach prospective customers • Review and select CRM software that meets our company's needs • Conduct market research to follow trends and competition Skills & Competencies • CRM • Marketing techniques • Multi-channel marketing • Market research • CRM software • Web analytics • Sales funnel • Team leadership • Customer relationships
