- This role combines engagement management, client relationship leadership, sales enablement, and delivery oversight with deep knowledge of data platforms, governance, and AI modernization. - As the client-facing lead, you will act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders, ensuring that EXL AI & data solutions deliver measurable outcomes across industries such as Insurance, Healthcare, Banking, Retail, and Emerging Markets. You will work closely with vertical (IMU) leaders, sales, and marketing to expand opportunities, shape data-driven strategies, and ensure the success of multi-agent AI platform deployments.
