Job description

We are looking for a highly driven **Senior Manager – Finance & Compliance** to lead the organization's financial governance, statutory compliance, audit management, and core finance operations. The role is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, strengthening internal controls, driving process excellence, and supporting business growth through robust financial governance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage end-to-end statutory and regulatory compliances including **GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, Companies Act, Finance-related Labour Laws, FEMA (where applicable), MSME reporting, E-invoicing, and E-way Bills** . - Lead end-to-end execution of **Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, IFC Testing, Tax Audit, GST Audit, and Departmental Audits** . - Prepare audit schedules, coordinate with internal and external auditors, close audit observations, implement corrective action plans, and ensure zero repeat observations. - Strengthen the internal control framework through SOP implementation, process improvements, risk identification, fraud prevention, and compliance monitoring. - Independently oversee **Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Banking, Financial Reporting, Taxation, and Inventory Accounting** . - Ensure timely financial reporting, statutory filings, reconciliations, and adherence to applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements. - Partner with cross-functional teams, auditors, consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities to drive financial governance and operational excellence. **Qualification:** - **Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.** - 5-7 years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, Compliance, and Audit, preferably in FMCG, D2C, Retail, or Manufacturing organizations. **Skills & Competencies:** - Strong knowledge of **Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, TDS, FEMA, and other statutory regulations** . - Expertise in financial reporting, statutory compliance, audit management, and internal financial controls. - Strong understanding of AP, AR, Treasury, Banking, Taxation, and Inventory Accounting. - Experience in implementing SOPs, strengthening internal controls, and driving process improvement initiatives. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment capabilities with high attention to detail. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills. - Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
