**About the Role** We are seeking an experienced **Senior Manager HR Operations (HRO)** to lead large-scale HR shared services delivery across multiple geographies and process towers. This role will drive operational excellence, manage a large team, and ensure high-quality HR service delivery across employee lifecycle, talent acquisition support, engagement, compliance, and HR administration. **Key Responsibilities** **HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle** - Oversee end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, and organizational updates - Manage HRIS data accuracy, time & attendance administration, and benefits processing - Ensure effective documentation and record management **Employee Engagement & Talent Support** - Drive employee engagement initiatives and communication programs - Manage engagement surveys including execution, analysis, and reporting - Support talent management processes and L&D program delivery - Provide administrative support for disciplinary and grievance processes **Talent Acquisition Operations** - Manage recruitment coordination including requisition creation, ATS management, resume screening, and interview scheduling - Ensure seamless candidate communication and experience - Oversee offer management, background verification, and onboarding initiation - Deliver TA reporting and recruitment analytics **HR Helpdesk & Case Management** - Manage Tier 0/1 query resolution and case triage - Ensure SLA adherence, documentation preparation, and correspondence drafting - Provide multilingual support and maintain case records **Compliance, H&S & Incident Management** - Administer incident records and maintain audit-ready documentation - Coordinate Occupational Health referrals (administrative scope) - Manage Health & Safety documentation and produce compliance reports - Support internal/external audits **Transitions & Continuous Improvement** - Lead and manage **multi-country, multi-tower HR transitions** - Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization initiatives - Ensure smooth transition, stabilization, and service excellence **Key Requirements** - **Commerce Graduate (mandatory)** - **14-18+ years of experience** in HR Operations / HRO / Shared Services - Proven experience managing **large teams (100+ FTEs)** - Strong hands-on experience with **HRO applications, HRIS, and ATS platforms** - Demonstrated expertise in **multi-country and multi-tower transitions** - Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and global delivery models **Key Skills** - Leadership & large team management - Stakeholder and client management - Strong analytical and reporting skills - Process excellence & continuous improvement mindset - High attention to detail and data accuracy - Strong communication skills Kindly share your CV's on **abolis1@hexaware.com**
