**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Manage contract labor management, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. - Oversee factory HR operations, including employee relations, wage negotiations, and union negotiations. - Develop and implement effective industrial relations strategies to maintain a positive work environment. - Ensure timely resolution of labor-related issues through proactive communication with employees, unions, and government authorities. **Job Requirements :** - 12-18 years of experience in Human Resource Management (HRM) or related field. - Strong knowledge of Contract Labour Management, Factory HR, Industrial Relations, IR laws & regulations. - Proven track record in managing complex HR projects such as wage negotiations and union agreements.
