Job Summary The HR is responsible for managing the zone for the entire channel(s) allocated to the incumbent. S/he will be responsible for attracting, engaging and retaining a team of competent employees, creating a high performance and positive work culture.In addition, the role will oversee Channel-level MIS and analytics, support data-driven decision-making and manage the end-to-end Performance Management cycle. The incumbent will also lead and support key channel-level HR initiatives and projects to ensure alignment with overall business objectives. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Recruitment Manpower Planning Drive referral-based hiring initiatives within the zone to support frontline sales recruitment. Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure timely fulfilment of manpower requirements. Coordinate workforce planning discussions to align hiring plans with approved manpower budgets and business projections. Monitor hiring progress and vacancy levels to ensure alignment with annual manpower plans. Support identification of cost-effective sourcing channels in collaboration with TA to optimize recruitment efficiency. **Joining On-Boarding:** Responsible for smooth on-boarding of new hires Ensuring timely generation of Emp Codes Ensuring timely generation of appointment letters Coordination and ensuring attendance for HR Induction and orientation program. **HR Analytics and Channel Level Projects:** Required to maintain various HR MIS related to Hiring/Sourcing/Funnel/Employee engagement/attrition etc. Publishing HR dashboards and attrition analysis data to business stakeholders. Drive Channel Level HR Projects as and when required **Query and Grievance Management:** As HR SPOC, responsible for managing employee related queries and their resolution. Ensuring proactive employee communication on process and policies. Handling of employee grievances and taking proactive steps to ensure local level resolution of grievances. Track employee escalations and take proactive steps to control escalations. **Exit Management:** Keeping track of all exits happening within the zone Conducting exit interviews of Front-line sales employees and doing attrition analysis. Timely inputs to HR Ops team for Stop salary and processing of FF Settlement. **MDP:** Responsible for collating the MDP nominations for the Zone. Tracking ensuring 100% adherence to the nomination **Engagement:** Connect up with Key Talent Drive DEI initiatives Pulse Checks/ Bottom Performers Engagement calls . **CARS Management:** Salary Issues Incentive CMOB etc. Key skills required Strong Communication and Relationship Management skills Ability to influence and align High Process Orientation Strong Analytical skill Strong business understanding MBA /Post Graduate in HR from premier institute is preferred 10 to 12 years of experience in handling Business HR process and a team.
